At Sneha’s English Hub, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our classes, programmes, and digital services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at sneha.saraogi009@gmail.com with your purchase details, including the date of payment and service enrolled.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note:

  • Refunds may not be applicable for services already fully delivered or sessions already attended.

  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be non-refundable.

Sneha’s English Hub reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
